Maps and how to get here
Paihia and the Bay of Islands are 250km or 3hrs North of Auckland. Take the Northern motorway to the end, then Sthw 1 up to Kawakawa, go straight ahead to Paihia on Sthw 11.
There are also several daily flights from Auckland to Kerikeri, 20 minutes North of Paihia. From Bay of Islands airport a shuttle bus will bring you to our door step. Alternatively you can also catch a public bus from anywhere in the country to Paihia. The bus companies are called Intercity or Northliner.
In Paihia
find Kings road, turn left into Mc'Murray road, turn right into Bedggood Close, drive to the top to Chalet Romantica.
