Booking and Cancellation Policy
Because of our intimate size cancellations affect us significantly. Good travel insurance is always advised in case of interrupted travel plans.
We require a one night advance deposit to confirm a booking . For cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival the deposit paid will be re-funded, less an administration fee of $25.
For cancellations or changes to bookings 4 weeks or less prior to arrival or anytime during the stay, the total amount of nights booked will be charged. However Chalet Romantica will endeavour to re-sell the unused rooms/nights again and will issue a refund if successful. In any such event an administration fee of $50 will occur.
